- BOW provides an online platform to find, book, and manage workshops, experiences, and classes.
- BOW is not a workshop provider and does not deliver workshops directly. Providers listed on the platform are independent.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform independently. Users under 16 must have parental or guardian consent.
2. Account Registration
- Users must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
- You agree to notify BOW immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3. Booking Workshops
- BOW does not guarantee availability or performance of workshops or providers.
- All bookings are made directly through BOW, with payment processed securely via our payment providers.
- Bookings are subject to the specific cancellation policy applicable to each workshop.
- Providers are responsible for delivering workshops safely and professionally.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Payments for workshops are held by BOW and released to providers after completion, unless otherwise specified.
- Refunds, cancellations, or disputes are handled in accordance with the workshop-specific cancellation policy.
- BOW is not liable for costs or losses arising from provider or client cancellations, travel, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. User Conduct
- Users agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
- Bookers must not harass, defraud, or harm providers or other users.
- Providers must act professionally, follow health & safety guidance, and comply with all relevant laws, especially regarding children.
6. Independent Providers
- Providers are independent and not employees or agents of BOW.
- Providers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance.
- BOW is not liable for provider performance, actions, omissions, or any losses resulting from workshops.
7. Liability & Indemnity
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOW is not liable for:
- Loss, damage, or injury arising from workshops, providers, or platform use.Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.Technical failures, website downtime, or force majeure events.
- Users agree to indemnify and hold BOW harmless from claims, costs, losses, or damages caused by their actions, omissions, or misuse of the platform.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on the platform, including logos, text, images, and workshop materials, is owned by BOW or its licensors.
- Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit content without explicit written permission.
9. Privacy & Data
- Use of personal data is governed by the BOW Privacy Policy.
- BOW collects and processes data to provide services, manage accounts, and comply with legal obligations.
- Users consent to BOW sharing necessary information with providers, payment processors, or authorities only as required for workshop delivery or legal compliance.
10. Termination
- BOW may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, repeated complaints, or illegal activity.
- Users may terminate their accounts at any time by following the instructions in their account settings.
- Termination does not affect obligations already incurred, such as payments or indemnity responsibilities.
11. Dispute Resolution
- Complaints or disputes should be submitted in writing to info@boxofworkshops.com.
- BOW aims to respond within 28 days.
- Any unresolved disputes are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
12. Changes to Terms
- BOW may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- The effective date will be updated, and significant changes may be communicated via email or platform notification.
- Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. General
- If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in force.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and BOW regarding the platform.
